The brief

Rixos The Palm Dubai wanted the corridors its team walks every day to carry the hotel's values and recognise its people. The messages include You are our X factor, Start with yes, Serve with heart, It's OK to ask for help and Keep your area clean, along with an awards wall for the Supervisor and Departmental Trainer of the Year.

What we made and installed

We printed the poster artwork onto acrylic panels and mounted them along the corridor walls, together with panels presenting the group's brands. Large blue, green and yellow shapes run across the walls behind them, and the headline messages and award titles are cut as raised 3D acrylic letters fixed straight onto the wall.
